As an understanding of Objective Morality (Natural Law) increases, so does genuine Freedom increase!  As you read the following passages, please keep in mind that the origination of the following four (4) organic laws was meant to keep so-called government in its sphere of influence and away from the people; thereby, allowing the "Free Inhabitant" the ability to practice a self-government based on an internal-monarchy model.  However, this "model" would only happen and be sustained to the extent that every individual understood and upheld Natural Law.  A Natural Law that demands one to accept and implement Accountability, Responsibility, and Liability.

In order to have a proper orientation to any matter, one must go back to the source or beginning of that matter.  If one takes a look at the source of the United States of America, one will find all four (4) organic (source) laws listed and evidenced in the United States Code (2000 Edition), Volume 1 as follows:

• THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE – 1776 (JULY 4), P.XLIII–P.XLV
• ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION – 1777 (NOVEMBER 15), P.XLII–P.LI
• ORDINANCE OF 1787 – THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIAL GOVERNMENT (JULY 13), P.LIII–P.LV
• CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA – 1787 (SEPTEMBER 17), P.LVII–LXXIY

Looking at the fundamental organic laws one at a time, we first have to look at the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776.  The Declaration of Independence is important in that it was an effort at the de-establishment of external monarchical rule over the the individual with the attempted establishment of internal-monarchical rule of the individual over him/herself.   Thereby, these actions were expressing an intentional avenue of how others could choose the Natural Law (the Law of Nature and Nature’s God) over trivial and unjust man-made laws that were not in alignment with the Natural Law. Furthermore, the Declaration would establish that every man/woman could become the Priest and King over their own life (property) in accordance with right actions that were in alignment with Natural Law.

***Man/woman have always had unalienable rights since the beginning of time.  However, through non-discovery and non-alignment with Natural Law, he/she has allowed others to usurp these non-transferrable rights to commit and participate in all types of evil and destructive acts in that person’s name as an alleged proxy.***

The only problem was that the people as signers that took this approach, through the Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, were hypercritical in trying to use the Natural Law (Law of Nature and Nature's God) for their freedom while, in the same instance, trying to take away Freedom from others (ex: slavery of native Black Americans/Africans)  – this is and has always been a major violation of the Natural Law [***This Natural Law is not that Social Darwinism nonsense***].  Simply stated, this is a violation because the Natural Law has always advocated Freedom for all - since the beginning of time!

***The Natural Law (Law of Nature and Nature’s God or also known as Moral “Objective” Law) is not the “survival of the fittest” narrative as espoused by Social Darwinism – a complete absurdity.  As one evolves in consciousness, he/she is better able to grasp the unwritten law of accountability, responsibility, and liability that the Natural Law DEMANDS of us all. From here one learns the ethical substance and standards derived from a higher consciousness that does indeed separate human beings from being merely animals without higher-conscious functioning abilities.***

Unfortunately, many have not understood that no one else can talk for you.  Which translates, simply, to the idea that every man and woman has to express their intentions and desire to follow the Natural Law, through his/her own declaration, which requires accountability, responsibility, and acceptance of liability.

Next there is the Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777.  Most people believe (fallacy) that the Articles of Confederation are not active.  Even though, it was the Articles of Confederation that created the United States of America as the first perpetual union. Furthermore, the Articles of Confederation are listed as being active in the United States Code (2000 Edition), Volume 1 – to this very day!

The Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777 (AOC) was a loosely organized document for the uniting of the States into a confederation for protection purposes through an united front.  Contrary to popular belief, the AOC established no municipal and proprietary power within the United States of America.  For further clarification, it must be understood that there is a distinction between United States of America and its acquired territories, cantons, enclaves, districts, and properties that are known as and called the United States to this very day.

On July 13, 1787, the Northwest Territorial Government Ordinance was established for congressional control over the then acquired and ceded federal properties and territories of the United States of America (also any ceded federal properties and territories acquired in the future).  These properties would be known as and called the United States in contradistinction to the owner of these ceded properties, called the United States of America.

Last but not least, the Constitution of September 17, 1787 would come into existence as a modified version of the Northwest Territorial Government Ordinance of July 13, 1787.  This document would establish a secondary and more perfect union between the United States of America and its ceded properties, and territories called the United States.  It would continue congressional proprietary power over all ceded federal territories and properties of the United States of America.
