When it comes to religions, most men/women are cosmic-psychological children that have to grow up. It is way pass the time to have the adult conversation about the historicity of religions.  As a matter of fact, let’s just be clear about the situation in stating emphatically that there is no historicity to the characters in such religions!  Consequently, if this is too much for you to handle then go pass this page as it is definitely not for you as we will not deal with euphemisms by sugar-coating the objective truth.  Not here!

However, if you are still here, let’s be brief and concise about religions.  In order to truly understand religions, one must first psychologically be grounded in one fundamental paradox.  That paradox being that all religions are mythology based on astronomy, astrotheology, extrapolation from physicality, and cosmogony.  However, even if religions were collections of gaps and parts of real history, one would have to understand that the purpose of the teachings is not to get caught in the snare of the historicity of the information; but, to understand the recurring archetypes and recurring patterns used to pierce the veil of ignorance, nescience, and mystery.

The reason for the grounding in the paradox that religion is mythology is very simple. When one realizes this, they then can make room to allow religion to become a transcendental liberation theology instead of a slavery theology.  Realizing this one paradox, allows one to not fall into the labyrinth of chaos and confusion and instead seek transcendence through all mythology that use allegories, metaphors, and fables, as secondary-meanings or learning-capacity-devices (LCDs). With knowing this fundamental information, one can easily learn valuable lessons about Natural Law (the Law of Nature and Nature’s God) to help humanity evolve and become more in tune with “Objective Morality”.

For example, you would have to have a feeble-mind in order to think that Santa Clause is real. Maybe it was real for you as a child; however, as you became an adult and more mature minded, you put away such childish thoughts and, hopefully, understood that there were underlining meanings and lessons to be learned from the Santa Clause narrative.  Regardless, of whether those narratives were good or bad, it didn't require Santa Clause to be real in order to deliver the lesson.

This is the same way that religions are.  As one becomes more mature, one must begin to realize that religion’s progression goes from myth to ritual to mysticism. Through this progression, your personal and particular level depends on your understanding of the LCDs located in that particular religion. Furthermore, one’s particular level, of course, depends on application of the lessons that are grasped from the mythology's LCDs.

Some would say why mythology?  The reason for the mythology is because it is the language of paradoxes and mystery.  It is the language that helps to explain to people  that there are many levels or dimensions to the lessons that are being presented. This is simultaneously while one is learning the intricacies to mysteries. Mysteries that continouosly appear to contain a variety of paradoxes. Furthermore, the language shows that words are incapable of describing all of the levels and amounts of data being conveyed at that singular moment.  Especially to those that can’t perceive the deeper levels of knowledge that are taught by those universal LCDs.  Remember that these LCDs are revealing in accordance with one’s spiritual capacity!

I guess that this brings a new meaning to poetry.  Or should I say spiritual poetry that gives an exegesis regarding the heroic journey of the soul!

*** Note: As it is now, people have been enslaved by their religious dogmas and so-called religious books because they try to make mythology/mythos into real history for political gains, privileges, and oppression over others!***
