Unfortunately, the biggest threat to humanity’s progression are religions.  To put it simply, this threat is because most of humanity are psychologically like cosmic children that want others to be responsible and accountable for their spiritual growth and understanding.  Fortunately, this is not how it works as everyone is accountable,  responsible, and liable for their own learning, decisions, and actions.
 
Religion is a two-way sword that will cut you if you are not grounded in the very essence of what it SHOULD be teaching you. That necessary and mandatory teaching is very simply a “tying or knotting” back to the Law of Nature and Nature’s God (Natural Law).  Unfortunately, the incorrect use of religion becomes a "tying or knotting" to enslavement and bounding of the participant.
 
Moreover, if one is not grounded in what real Natural Law is, then at that point religion is used to create political divisions against the people based on “pious frauds”, “elitism”, “racism, “classism”, and “political oppression”.
 
The invention and insertion of corrupted non-natural law based allegories, narratives, metaphors, fables, and symbols into a religion’s mythology and structure is all that is needed to induce the psychologically immature and child-like masses of people to be steered into the labyrinth of egoistic aggression, selfishness, greed, pious-separation-tactics, and spiritual non-growth (regression, retardation, or stagnation).
 
Far, few, and between, you will find spiritually and psychologically mature people that understand the structure of all religions are laid-out for one’s journey to becoming a mystic seeking "self-salvation". However, here-in lies the very danger of religions in themselves; because, to get to that progressive and mystical level of understanding in any religion requires discernment of how to separate natural law based stories from the politically contrived and corrupted stories.   Corrupted stories with the sole intentions of trapping one into a labyrinth of fallacies based on not knowing the difference between "exoteric" versus "esoteric" meanings. 
 
Consequently, there is a call, by small pockets of enlightened people, for all religions to be vanquished so that humanity can proceed and progress without divisions.  Regardless of your stance, it must be recognized that until every man, woman, and child’s consciousness is anchored into the Law of Nature and Nature’s God (Natural Law), religions and belief systems of every form and type will continue to pop up.  Moreover, do not, at any moment, ever believe and think that money, politics, entertainment, education, law, capitalism, communism, etc. are not religions in themselves!  So, the root cause is that every belief system (which are all religions in themselves) must be grounded and aligned with and in the Law of Nature and Nature's God (Natural Law).
 
Therefore, the only solution to all of the myriad of problems is the evolution of consciousness via the understanding and alignment with Natural Law!  At that point, it wouldn’t matter if one followed Shetaut Neterism, Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, Brahmanism, Zoroastrianism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Sufism, Santeria, Shintoism, etc…  As all would see the NECESSITY for any and all religious foundations and underlying essence to be based on the Natural Law.  Furthermore, from that point on, any deceptively based and division-creating allegories, narratives, metaphors, fables, and symbols that were found located in any religion would be INTENTIONALLY sought out and ERADICATED, on the spot, for the ascension of humanity.

At that point the whole planet would become a realized nation of priests and priestesses that would all move in alignment with natural law.  In turn, ensuring "moral" objectivity over "relative" subjectivity in all areas of life. 

Abounding freedom would now swallow up an ignorance induced-slavery, as every people would have the natural law written in their hearts, minds, and literature!  

Suffering would no longer have to continue to be created as a result of individual and collective non-alignment and separation (creating an abyss) from the Natural Law.
